Panang Thai Curry Paste


A Panang Curry is a little sweet, a little salty and one of the few curries to use Thai basil. Most often cooked with beef but can also be prepared with other meat or seafood. Served with a thick coconut sauce, one of my favourites but often not prepared properly outside Thailand. Try it and see !

This paste is absolutely amazing. I done it with Tiger prawns and bell peppers as that was my go to curry in my favourite Thai restaurant years ago and this paste really hit the mark and brought all those memories back 🤗

Lovely authentic curry pastes.
We’ve previously lived in Thailand and it’s so nice to get a paste that tastes fresh and authentic.
Made vegetable penang curry to accompany a Black Talapia in khukhan mild marinade.
